1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Airport Zurich Taxi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from us. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all booking details (date, time, pickup/drop-off address, passenger count, luggage) are correct. Please review your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed at the time of booking and will not change, provided the booking details remain unchanged.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Changes to the route or destination after pickup
  • Extended waiting time beyond the included free waiting period
  • Soiling of the vehicle requiring cleaning

4. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, measured from the actual landing time of the flight. Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund if applicable.
  • 6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee (full charge applies).
  • No-show: Full charge applies. A no-show is defined as the passenger failing to appear at the agreed pickup point within the waiting time period.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or text message) to be valid.

6. Driver & Vehicle

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher category in the event that the booked vehicle is unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute a driver when necessary.

Drivers are entitled to refuse carriage to passengers who are abusive, intoxicated or whose behaviour poses a risk to safety.

7. Luggage & Lost Property

We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. Any items found will be held for 14 days and may be collected or arranged for return at the passenger's expense.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, missed connections or consequential damages arising from delays due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, accidents, road closures).

We are fully insured for passenger liability under Swiss law.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions or infrastructure failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking shall apply.
